Important Packing Advice

The Annapurna Circuit Luxury Trek Package provides comfortable accommodation and personalized services, but the route crosses Thorong La Pass at approximately 5,416 meters, making proper high-altitude preparation essential. The most important equipment includes waterproof trekking boots, thermal layers, fleece and down jackets, waterproof and windproof clothing, insulated gloves, a warm hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, trekking poles, a headlamp, a suitable sleeping bag, water bottles, first-aid supplies, and personal medication.

A practical clothing system is:

Thermal Base Layer → Fleece/Mid Layer → Down Jacket → Waterproof/Windproof Outer Layer

For the Thorong La Pass crossing, keep your warm down jacket, insulated gloves, beanie, sunglasses or snow goggles, headlamp, water, snacks, sunscreen, medication, and trekking poles easily accessible.

The Annapurna Circuit passes through several climate zones, from relatively warm valleys to cold alpine and high-pass environments. Therefore, layering is more practical than carrying only heavy clothing. During winter or snowy conditions, gaiters and microspikes may be useful depending on the current trail conditions.

Even with a luxury trekking package, avoid overpacking. Keep frequently needed items in your daypack and place heavier belongings in your main luggage for porter support.

Always follow the recommendations of your experienced guide regarding weather, trail conditions, acclimatization, and the equipment required for crossing Thorong La Pass.
